McGurrin Mc-Gurrin & Co. ,and to all persons unknown who have, or claim to have, anv interest in the property herein described: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county In which this action is brought, otherwise within thirty days, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint filed herein, of which a copy is herewith served upon you. This action is brought for the purpose pur-pose of partitioning, or if partition thereof there-of cannot be had, then for a sale of the premises situate In Salt Lake City. Sal Lake county, Utah, described as follows: .Commencing eighty and one-half (S0i) feet north from the southwest corner of lot three (3), block fourteen (14), plat "E," Salt Lake City survey: thence north : sixty-eight and one-half (CSVi) feet; thence east one hundred, sixty-eight and three-tenths three-tenths (168.3) feet: thence south twenty-four twenty-four and three-tenths (24.3) feet; thence west fifty-elgth and three-tenths (58.3) feet: thence south thirty-seven and seven-tenths (37.7) feet; thence west fifty-three fifty-three (53 feet; thence south six and one-half one-half (6V2) feet; thence west fifty-seven (57) feet to the place of beginning.
