In pursuance pur-suance of the notice given some time ago, Secretaries Kelly and Campbell of the Miners' Union, investigated the miners working on some of the larger properties, with the result that all the non-union men were persuaded to join the union. Credit is due the various vari-ous superintendents for their temperate, temper-ate, courteous and impartial attitude in the matter. Mr. O. Lampman started for Canyon I City Sunday, but struck a washout and returned. ' s. Judge McFeeley went down to Pueblo Pu-eblo the 21st. -- The Barbers' Union has adopted a rate of $5 for shaving a corpse. T. J. Moynahan has left for Europe.
