Show I LEADVILLE, COLO. j i i D. A. Murphy leaves soon for Gold-field. Gold-field. ' Miss Margaret Murray, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Dick Kelly, has returned to her home in Denver. James Sullivan has gone to Denver. Mrs. Florence Sullivan leaves tonight for Butte, Mont., to be gone some time. Miss Margaret Burns leaves shortly for nn evtended southern trin Before returning she will visit St. Louis, Ter-re Ter-re Haute, Ind., and Nashville, Tenn. A pretty wedding took place last Wednesday morning when Miss Kath-erine Kath-erine Holland, dauehter .of Mrs. W. Porter, was united in marriage to Mi. Adelbert A. Noell of Wolcott. Rev. J. J. Gibbons officiated. Miss Lena Holland, Hol-land, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, brides-maid, and Mr. John Holland of Wolcott, Wol-cott, best man; Miss Lauretta Porter was ringbeaier. The bride was gowned in white silk, wreath of natural bride's roses adorned her head, and she carried a bouquet of bride's roses. The brides maid looked charming in white silk mull. An elaborate wedding breakfast break-fast was partaking of at the home of the bride's mother. Only intimate friends and relatives were present. The young couple went to Salt Lake City on their honeymoon. John A. Bowler of this city and Miss Lulu May Warner of Aspen were married mar-ried at the latter place at 5 o'clock Monday morning. The ceremony was performed at St. Mary's church, with Rev. Father Sevant the officiating clergyman. After a wedding breakfast at the home of the bride's parents the couple went to Denver and other points in the eastern part of the state on a short honeymoon trip. The bride is a handsome and ..accomplished young lady of Aspen, and is immensely popular popu-lar in her home town. She is well and favorably acquainted in Leadville also, as she has visited here on several occasions. oc-casions. She graduated from the Aspen As-pen High school with the class of 1902, and has since that time held a clerkship clerk-ship in the office of the clerk and recorder re-corder cf Pitkin county. The groom has lived in Leadville nractically a life time. He :s recognized as a business man with a bright future. Socially he is prominent. He is a member of several sev-eral local lodges and counts his friends by the score. Mr. and Mrs. Bowler will live in Leadville. |
