O'Meara came to the city on Wednesday from Los Angeles. Miss Alice Wall will Heave on Saturday, Sat-urday, with her father, to enter Miss Finch's school In New York. Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt Sherman are expected ex-pected here from' Washington within a few weeks and will spend a short time with Mr. and Mrs. George Jay Gibson before going on to Oakland to visit Mr. and Mrs. Prentiss Nathaniel Gray.-' Murray Shlck has returned from the Holy Cross fully recovered, after a serious illness. Mrs. D. J. Laramie is entertaining Mrs. Charles Horton Dixn of Lansing. Lan-sing. Mich. Miss Eva Malone, who has been visiting vis-iting here from Butte, left Monday evening for Chicago to enter the art institute. Mrs. J. R. Walker and her daughter, accompanied by Mrs. Ray Walker, left on Tuesday for New York, where Miss Walker will enter the classical school of Miss Scovill on Fifth avenue. Miss Elsie Ridge, Mrs. Ray Walker's sister, will remain here till Mrs. Walker's return, re-turn, and later they will leave for California. Cal-ifornia. Mrs. McGill is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John McSorley, for a few weeks. |
