She was5,- 1 and I believe is. constantly in com- i munication with the czar and the con- , sul general at New York, and her work for that srovernment is very effective. ' The pay of the Russian government is her real source of income. "Did you know the Ginsberg woman, j who was arrested at the winter palace, j St. Petersburg. 1891. for an attempt on i the life of the czar? i "'Plow many interviews did you have , with Consul General Peploff, who sue-ceeded sue-ceeded Orlarovski at Ne w York?' i "Whatever hec replies may be to . li these questions, I can state with absolute abso-lute truth that it was through Emma Goldman's Instrumentality that Miss Ginsberg: was arrested in front of tile winter Dalace as she was . wjwting a chance to kill the czar. I will also make an affidavit to the effect that I saw a secret communication sent by Miss Goldman to Orlarovski while the latter was in New York. "It was as follows: "I would like to meet you at 8 o'clock tonight it the corner of One Hundred and Twenty-fifth strict and Sixth avenue. ave-nue. 1 have ir.inortant communications to make to you.' and for God's sake ne-stroy ne-stroy this paper, for it may endanger my life.' .
