Show PRESTON PEOPLE IN AUTO ACCIDENTS Slippery roads were held responsible respon-sible for a traffic accident Just north of Richmond early Sunday p.orning which involved three au-Los, au-Los, all of Preston, A car driven by Julius Johnson was crowded into the barrowpit by an unidentified machine. After coming out of a dangerous skid :hey slowed dc m and a car driven by Tom Bo., .e. also of Preston, slid into the rear of the Johnson machine. ma-chine. Before the cars 'could be straightened out, Lynn Longstroth, Preston, rammed into the rear of the Boyle machine. Although no serious injuries were sustained, Mr. Boyle suffered broken bro-ken ribs and cuts; Mrs. Boyle a broken wrist while Melvin Clayton, occupant of Johnson car, sustained a fractured collar bone. Other occupants oc-cupants who sustained minor cuts and bruises were Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Webb in the Johnson car, Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Handy, and Mr. and Mrs. John Morrison in the Boyle car. |
