Show LADIES LITERARY CLUB HOLDS INITIAL MEETING The Ladies Literary club, held its first meeting of the season last Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Stella Boothe. After a brief business session President Dora Henderson announced the program which consisted of a vocal duet by Miss Cora Harbison and Miss Virginia Sant and a review of Osa Johnson's book "I Married Adventure," reviewed by Mrs. Edna Eames. Luncheon was served to seventeen members and three special spe-cial guests, Miss Harbison, Miss Sant and Mrs. Etta Gibson. DOUBLE WEDDING DANCE SLATED AT MINK CREEK A double-wedding dance, honoring honor-ing Mr. and Mrs. Alma Austin and Mr. and Mrs. Fay Wilde will be held Saturday, September 21 in the Mink Creek ward chapel it was announced an-nounced here this week. Mr. and Mrs. Ron Soenson of Preston are rejoicing ' over the birth of a T2 pound daughter born last week. Mrs. Sorenson was the former Rea Reynolds. |
