Range Thirty-eight, East of the Bo:se Meridian; also, com. mencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight, said Township and Range, and running thence South 12 rods, mort or less, to Weston Creek, thence Southeasterly along said Creek to its intersection with the South line of the Northeast Quar-j Quar-j ter of said Section Eight, thence ; East to the East litre of said Quarter Quar-ter Section, thence North 80 rods, thince West 160 rods to the place ot beginning; Tract 2. The State of Idaho sends greetings greet-ings to the above named defendants: defend-ants: You are hereby notified that a complaint lias been filed against you in the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Idaho in and for the County of Franklin by the above plaintiff and you are hereby directed to appear and plead to the said complaint com-plaint within twenty days of the service of this summons; and you are further notified that unless ou so appear and plead to said complaint within the time herein specified, the plaintiff will take judgment against you as prayed in said complaint. Said action is brought for the purpose of securing a judgment, for the unpaid balance due on a certain note in the principal sum of $3,900.00, dated the 1st day of September, 1934, made, executed and delivered by Hannah May Schvaneveldt (now deceased), then a widow; Leland Schvaneveldt Schvane-veldt and Lila May Schvaneveldt, husband and wife; Leslie Schvaneveldt Schvane-veldt and Florence Schvaneveldt, husband and wife; and Delbert Schvaneveldt and Ruth Schvaneveldt, Schvane-veldt, husband and wife, to the Land Bank Commissioner, with interest, in-terest, advances, attorney fees and costs, and to foreclose that certain mortgage given to secure said note, which said mortgage is of record in Book 39 of Mortgages, at page 99, records of Franklin County, State of Idaho, and covers cov-ers the following des-eribed rea! property situated in Franklin County, State of Idaho, to-wit: TRACT 1: The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four; the Southeast Quarter of Section Five; the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight; and the West Half of the Northwest North-west Quarter of Section Nine; all in Township Sixteen South, Range Thirty-eight, East of the Boise Meridian. Also, commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Eight, said Township and Range, and running thence ' South 12 rods, more or less, to Weston Creek, thence Southeasterly South-easterly along said Creek to its intersejction with the South line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section Eight, thence East to the East line of said Quarter Section, thence North SO rods, thence West 160 rods, to the place of beginning. TRACT 2: Beginning at a point on the South boundary of Section Five, Township Sixteen South, Range Thirty-eight, Thirty-eight, East of the Boise Meridian, 330 feet West of the Quarter Section Corner between be-tween Sections Five and Eight of said Township, and running thence North 060 feet, thence East 330 feet, thence South GG0 feet, thence West along the South boundary of Section Five, 330 feet to the place of beginning. Subject to canal and road rights of way; and All water and water rights used upon or appurtenant to . said property and however evidenced; Together with all and singular singu-lar the tenements, hereditaments heredita-ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any- -wise appertaining, and for such further relief as prayed for and deemed proper by the Court, all of which will more fully appear from the verified complaint filed herein.
