Show POCATELLO MEETING FOR NEW COUNCIL Members of the Southeastern Idaho Associated Civics clubs will hold their business session at the Hotel Bannock in. Pocatello Saturday Satur-day at 5 p. m., according to an an-i an-i nouncement this week by President Ben Johnson. Immediately following this meeting meet-ing a 6 o'clock dinner meeting will be held in connection with executive execu-tive representatives of all state agricultural groups for the purpose of organizing the Idaho Agricultural Agricul-tural Council. At this time the temporary bylaws by-laws will be presented to the group for adoption. It is also indicated that discussions will be conducted at this later meeting concerning the Idaho insurance rates, which were found to be higher on farm properties than those of the state of Utah by a personal investigation investiga-tion of Mr. Johnson. Reduced tariff on canned and prepared meats, on dairy products and wool are matters of concern and will probably be brought up for discussions. |
