Teachers Discuss Important Questions The teachers of the Cedar schools have been holding weekly meetings with the advancement of the teaching profession as their principal 1 object and have derived much benefit from them The discussions for the past two weeks 1 have centered on What are the real factors that should determine when a child chUd should move on to the next grade with the result that some very Interesting and beneficial phases of this very Important question have been brought to their attention This is expected to form a more definite policy with regards to promotion It Is coincident that the associated school superintendents of the nation have been studying this problem for tor forthe forthe the past year and have published a year book covering their findings A discussion of this year book will be the subject matter for the local teachers teacher's next meeting
