Show LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST Mrs. Editha Rosenlund and son, Brent, will spend the holiday season at the M. M. Duggins home. The guests accompanied Mrs. Duggins from Salt Lake Tuesday evening. Ray Erikson, a medical student at the University of Utah, came down frcm Salt Lake Sunday and will pcnd the holidays with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Erikson. Mrs. Ellen Kearns, chief clerk at 'he Telluride Power company's offices, of-fices, left for American Fork Wednesday Wednes-day afternoon. She will be the guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Ilolmstead until Sunday. Miss Phyllis Hermansen enjoyed a delightful surprise when a group of her friends invaded the Hermansor j home Friday evening to assist Miss Hermansen in celebrating her birth-j birth-j d:'y anniversary. Games were enjoy-! enjoy-! r-d for some tme, following which dainty refreshments were served. Miss Betty Villard spent Tuesday at Ephraim visiting with her brother, Antone, a student at Snow college. Mr. and Mrs. Miles Madsen, Miss Laura and Eddie Madsen, are in the city from their home at Long Beach, Calif. The visitors will be guests at the home of Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Hagan during the holiday season. WWW Willis Christensen, for many years a resident of Gunnison, but who is now living at Los Angeles, will j spend the holidays with relatives and friends here. Mr. Christensen came in from the coast the first of tho week. Mrs. Clinton Lundeberg came up from Tanguitch Tuesday and Wednesday Wed-nesday she returned south. She was accompanied on her return trip by i Mrs. C. O. Lundeberg and Miss Erma 1 Lundeberg. The latter will spend the j Christmas holidays with Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Lundeberg. |
