The organization is frankly subsidiary to the Third International of Moscow, and recently the officers of the organization in the United States were changed by a Moscow edict. The attitude of the Third International Inter-national and the Soviet government is indicated by the following extract from the "A. B. The second task of the organization of armed isurrection to seize governmental power and to crush the exploiters. The third task establishing of a new proletarian state and a new economic life. The proletariat must smash all these organizations or-ganizations and disperse these lackeys lack-eys of the exploiters, and to build their own new state. With the aid o' the dictatorship of the proletariat they organize their political power and create a soviet state."
