Show SHERIFF'S SALE. IN THE DISTRICT COURT, SANPETE SAN-PETE COUNTY, UTAH. STATE OF UTAH, Plaintiff vs. H. D. Goldsbrough, otherwise known as Henry D. Goldsbrough, Emily E. ; Goldsbrough, Minnie Croft, and Wm. E. Bench, Defendants. To be sold at sheriff's sale on the 5th day of October, 1928, at 3 o'clock p. m., at the front door of the County Court House, Manti, Sanpete San-pete County, Utah, the following described real estate in Sanpete County, Utah: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Twenty-four, Township Nineteen South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence East 20 chains; thence North 20 chains; thence East 20 chains; thence North 40 chains; thence West 15 chains; thence in f South-Westerly direction along what is known as the Gledhill Ditch a distance of 13 chains; thence due West 3 1-3 chains; thence in a Southwesterly South-westerly direction along the said Gledhill Ditch a distance of 18 1-2 chains; thence South 43 1-3 chains, tp 'the place of beginning and containing con-taining 168 acres of land, more or less; together with any and all buildings, improvements and appurtenances appur-tenances thereunto belonging. Also 205 shares of water right in the Highland Canal Irrigation company, com-pany, together with any and all water wat-er and ditch rights of every nature, however evidenced, used on or belonging be-longing to said lands.
