Show Mrs. Sena Wilson Is Called to Rest Mrs. Charles Wilson, who has been a sufferer from complications for the past seven years, passed away at her home Monday evening at six-thirty. Due to her condition, which daily became be-came more serious, death was expected expect-ed and the little family was at the bedside when the final call came. During her illness Mrs. Wilson was grief stricken at the death of her mother mo-ther some three years ago, and her father passed away the 4th of August, Au-gust, and to climax the series of tragedies tra-gedies her husband, Charles Wilson, was buried about two weeks ago. While enroute to America in 18S8, and while in mid-ocean, the tiny girl was born October 12, to Niels C. and Ida Christensen. She was christened Atlant Sena Nevada Christensen. At-lant At-lant was taken from the ocean over which the happy immigrants were sailing; Sena was taken from the nurse who attended the mother, and Nevada was the name of the ship on which the Christensen family was riding enroute to America. On their arrival to the United States the Christensen family came direct to Gunnison, where Mrs. Wil- son had resided since. Nineteen years ago she was married to Charles Wilson, Wil-son, and to the union four children were born. The surviving children are three daughters, Blanche, 17; Evada, 14; Dorothy, 7, and one son, Hyrum, aged 7. Funeral services were held from the Gunnison Valley high school ' Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, with Bishop Jos. A. Larson of the Hamilton ward, in charge. |
