The first session ses-sion of the kindergarten proved a splendid success and was far beyond the expectations of the Parent-Teacher Parent-Teacher association and the kindergarten kinder-garten committee, sponsoring the movement and there is no doubt, whatever, but that the school will be an annual feature and plans are now in process for conducting a school of the same nature next year. At the opening and before, many citizens were reticent in supporting ' the movement, but after persistent work on the part of the committee ; and the citizens favoring the school session was finally decided and those j who first were slow in supporting, ( are now ardent boosters. i The school opened with a registration registra-tion of 44 pupils and it was necessary to divide the classes, holding one session ses-sion in the morning, and another during the afternoon. Miss Irene Ehrich, a highly efficient kindergarten kindergar-ten teacher from Salt Lake, had charge of the school, and through , her capabilities and the loyal sup- ' port, the school has proven a splendid success. The school has been financed locally, local-ly, the supplies, salary, furniture and other incidentals having been ; gained through the efforts of the i kindergarten committee.
