Mellor, Mr. ami Mrs. Lestei : Mellor and Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Melloi of Manti and Dr. and Mrs. Ernell Jensen Jen-sen of Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs John Metcalf of Gunnison. LOCAL ITEMS OF INTEREST j Mr. and Mrs. Derail Jensen of Sa-lina Sa-lina are rejoicing over the arrival of a baby daughter, born at their home in Satina Wednesday of last week. Mother and daughter are doing very well at last reports. L-orin Hill went to Salt Lake Wednesday Wed-nesday to undergo special treatment at a Salt Lake hospital. Miss Laura Ferre left Sunday for the north and, before going to Salt Lake Lake to attend the U. E. A. convention, she will visit with friends at Mammoth and Eueka. I. X. Parker of Salina. was transacting trans-acting business in Gunnison the early days of the week. Johnny Sanders was captain at an anniversary party at the Hart J. San-des San-des home Monday afternoon. Johnny celebrated his birthday anniversary and he had as his guests, Mr. and Mrs. John Kyhl, Mr. and Mrs. James For-scy, For-scy, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Hansen and Miss Mary Christensen of Richfield as guests. At four o'clock Mrs. Sanders San-ders served a splendid dinner. Mrs. X. L. Hermansen and children spent a few hours visiting with friends at Salina Tuesday afternoon. The Misses Julia and Helen Hagan and Lois and Helen Overfelt, students at the Wasatch academy, came down from the "Hub City" Tuesday afternoon after-noon and attended the "Lions Follies." Fol-lies." The students returned Wednesday Wed-nesday morning. |
