'Distinguished Service' for Ten Kansas Posts Ten posts of the Kansas, department of the American Legion qualified for the "Citation for Distinguished Service," Serv-ice," offered by National Commander James A. Drain to those posts which on December 1 had eurolled a membership mem-bership for 1925 equal to their membership mem-bership at the close of the books for the 1924 convention. The posts qualifying quali-fying were: Tracy Blair post, Buffalo; Frederick Phillips post, Council Gro.e; Charles Ernest Scott post', Dodge City; Aaron A. Platner post, Ellis; Charles Walters post, Fredonia ; Stephenson post, Greensburg; llarvey-ville llarvey-ville post, Harveyville; Arthur N. Wear post, Horlon ; Earl W.
