Show STAHDROD STU3S. Stock Doing Well Dance and Supports Suppor-ts School Progressing. I send you a few of the happenings happen-ings in Stand rod for the last few weeks. ; It has been very cold here, but up to the present tune, horses, cuttle and sheep have been doing well. There are but six inches of snow on the level here now. The sewing society, of Standrod. gave a dance and grand supper here on the night of Feb. 14th. All present had a very pleasant time. The music was furnished by C. Brcwerton and J. Bland. The combined school of Clear Creek, Cassia Co., and Box Elder Co. is improving quite rapidly. We have an enrollment of twenty-seven twenty-seven scholars. Mrs. A. A. Hovey handles the young and rising generation in a very masterly, manner. 0. D. Standrod, Utah, Feb. 11. |
