Jones are at Salt Lake this week, having motored there Tuesday. They were accompanied accom-panied by Mr. and Mrs. Leo Winder who have been their guests several days. Mr. and Mrs. June Metealf left for Salt Lake the early days of the week. Mr. Metealf attended the session of j the National Woolgrowers association which was held at Salt Lake this week. Miss J. J. Thorpe spent the weekend week-end at Salt Lake visiting with friends and looking1 into some business busi-ness matters. The publisher, accompanied by Mrs. If. W. Cherry and Wesley Cherry, visited several days at Salt Lake with relatives this week. Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Arnold and Mrs. Floyd Beck were motor travelers to Salt Lake City this morning They will spend the week-end at the city visiting the rodeo and seeing other attractions. at-tractions. Miss Elva Sorenson, who spent the past several months at Salt Lake, is in the city for an extended visit to relatives and friends. v Michael Jensen, the Black Hawk veteran, returned Tuesday from a ten-day ten-day visit with his daughter and son at Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Hart Sanders went to Salt Lake Monday and they will spend the week there as the guests of relatives. rel-atives. Alma Larson, Calvin Jensen, Bill Swain, Erwin Hasen and Melvin Peterson were northbound travelers this morning. Salt Lake is their destination des-tination and the "gang" will witness some of the thrills at the Frontier-Roundup Frontier-Roundup which is being staged this week. Miss Laura Ferre has returned from a three week's visit with friends at Salt Lake City. ' Mr. and Mrs. George Larson and Mrs. Edwin Larson motored to Salt Lake Tuesday. They will be absent several days and will be the guests at the home of A. J. Broadwick. |
