The total cost of said improvement improve-ment is estimated at $14,461.92, or an average estimated cost per square foot of 20 cents for paving along blocks, and 26 cents per square foot for paving across streets, all of which is to be borne by abutting property owners except street crossings and that portion of the costs and expenses fixed by law to be borne by said City. NOTICE OP INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Gunnison City of the intention in-tention of such Council to make the following described improvements, to-wit: To grade for and construct concrete con-crete sidewalks, in proposed Sidewalk Side-walk Paving District No. 3, hereinafter herein-after described.
