The undersigned will sell at private pri-vate sale the following described real estate in Sanpete County, Utah: Beginning at a point 15.00 chains North from the SE Corner of Sec. 9, Twp. 20 So., R. 1 E. of S. L. M.; thence running W. 21.71 chains; thence N. 8.75 chains; thence East 21.71 chains; thence South 8.75 chains to point of beginning, containing con-taining Nineteen (19) Acres, on or after the 20th day of April 1920, and written bids will be received receiv-ed at my residence in Centerfield, Utah; Terms of sale: Ten per cent cash at time of sale, balance upon confirmation by the Court.
