Show Metcalf Wednesday afternoon of this week. A feature of entertainment for the guests was the reading of several beautiful poems by Mrs. Edward Ed-ward Jensen. Light refreshments were served. c- Mrs. A. E. Park delightfully entertained en-tertained the members of the Bonne Foi club at her home yesterday afternoon. aft-ernoon. At the close of the working period, the guests were served with a light lunch. SOCIETY A dancing party is to be given by the Sophomore class of the Gunnison High school Saturday night, April 24. The invitation is extended to the public in general and the students stu-dents of the class promise to entertain enter-tain in royal style. The services of the Manti orchestra has been secured for the occasion. Refreshments will be served, and it is urgently requested request-ed that all favoring the support of the high school make it a point to be " present at the sophomore dance. Mrs. Fred Jensen gave a birthday party in honor of her daughter, IHiss Geneal Jensen, at the home of ?drs. S. E. Newman, last Sunday afternoon. after-noon. Miss Geneal was seven, and for the occasion sixteen of her young friends were invited to help celebrate the event. An afternoon of gamer, and a real good time was enjoyed, and at 5 o'clock supper was served. -o The Social club members wore guests at the homo of Mrs. J. E. |
