He knows, day by day, the fluctuating prices which prevail for his produce at the marketing points and knowing these things he can arrange to get his goods to market on the (lay when the price is the highest if the road is good. If the road is bad or impassable then much of the effort which has been expended ex-pended in getting the news of market conditions to him is lost. |
