Show STOCKMEN TO GAIN RATE REDUCTION The saving of $34,000,000 annually annu-ally will be effective to the stockmen cf the west if the interstate commerce com-merce cemmission accepts the recommendation recom-mendation of its examiner who conducted con-ducted a trial in the general livestock rate rase at Denver and Chicago. The American Farm Bureau Federation was an intervener in this case, which was brought by the National Livestock Live-stock Shipping league and others against the Atchison, Topeka, Kansas City railroad. On July 15 Attorney-Examiner i Disque submitted his report to the interstate commerce commission recommending rec-ommending that the reduction be granted.
