OCR Text	Show FIXGKK K.UHA' IXJl'KKI) Austin Larson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Larson, is taking a forced layoff from his beet-hauling contract and is nursing a badly injured finger. fin-ger. Austin was unloading beets at the factory last Friday and was attempting at-tempting to block bis wagon when the horses backed up, allowing the wheel to run onto Ii is hand. The middle mid-dle finger of the right hand was caught and all tbe flesh to tho first joint was nearly torn off. Dr. Hagan attended the injury and in the hopes of saving the finger from amputation stitched the flesh and bound it up. Reports are that the injured finger is doing splendidly and all danger of amputation has passed.
