Show NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS. Notice is hereby given that the assessment of a tax is about to be levied by tho City Council of Gunnison Gunni-son City, Utah, upon the following described property: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 ot Block 19; that portion of Lot 5, Block 16, beginning at the Northwest corner thereof and running run-ning South 138.60 feet, known as the S. M. Duggins and Francis Halver-son Halver-son property; that portion of Lot 4, Block 16, beginning at the Southwest corner thereof and running thence North 58.40 feet known as the Albert Swain property; Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 9; Lots 4 and 5, Block 9; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 9; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 16; Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 17; Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 8; Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 4; Lots 1 and 8, Block 10; Lots 1 and 8, Block 3; Lots 4 and 5, Block 18; beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 27 and running thence North for a distance of 414.0 feet known as the A. M. Christenson and James Bown property, .11 as platted in Plat "A," Gunnison Townsito Entry, Gunnison Gun-nison City, Sanpete County, State of Utah, being the abutting property in Sidewalk Paving District No. 1, for the purpose of paying for the concrete con-crete sidewalks abutting said property prop-erty as constructed by C. E. Green. That the Board of Equalization and Review ,as appointed, jby the City Council, will meet in the office of A. E. Park, City Attorney, in the Gunnison Valley Bank Bldg., on Thursday, September 15th, and continue con-tinue in session each day to and including in-cluding Saturday, September 17, 1921, between the hours of 2:00 and 3:00 P. M., and will hear and consider con-sider any objections and make correction cor-rection of any proposed tax which said Board may deem unequal and unjust. That during said time between the hours of 9 A. M. and 5 P. M. said list will be open to public inspection at the said office of A. E.
