A runaway and a smashed buggy-was buggy-was the natural result yesterday of a "Happy Hooligan" stunt on Main street. A wagon, on which was loaded load-ed a pole that extended far at the rar, made a turn and the end of the long pole poked against the ribs of a team hitched to a buggy and tied in front of a store. It is not customary for a gentle team even to take complacently com-placently that sort of a welt and this one was no exception. |
