Notice of Sale of Personal Property. ESTATE OE AMASA E. BARTHOLOMEW, BARTHOLO-MEW, Deceased; The undersigned will sell at private sale, pursuant to order of the District Court in and for Sanpete County, Utah, on or after October 28th, 1919, to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation con-firmation by said Court, the following described personal property, belonging to said estate, to-wit: Two shares common com-mon stock of People's Sugar Co., eight shares preferred stock of People's Sugar Co., two shares of common stock of Gunnison Valley Sugar Co., ten shares preferred stock of Gunnison Valley Val-ley Sugar Co. , one hundred head stock sheep, one old Ford automobile. Terms i Twenty-five per cent, of price at time of sale, balance when sale is confirmed by said Court. Written bids will be received re-ceived by undersigned at Gunnison, Utah, to date of sale.
