Show Notice of Sale of Persor al Property. ESTATE OF MILES PIERCE AND ALE US PIERCE, Minors. The undersigned will sell at private sale, pursuant to order of the- District Court in and for Sanpete County, Utah on or after Nov. 11th, 1919, to the " .. highest and best bidder for cash or credit as may oe deemed for the best interests of said estates, subject to confirmation by said Court, all the right, title and interest of said Miles Pierce and Alfus Pierce in and to the following described personal property, to-wit: 11 cows ranging in age from three to eleven yeais old; 1 heifer two years old; 2 heifers one year old; 1 red white-faced white-faced bull three years old; 1 yearling steer; 1 brown mare 8 years old; 1 black mare four years old; 1 dark brown mare 10 years old all branded with George W. Pierce brand on right hip, 5 calves ranging in age from 1 to six months; 1 black sucking colt about 8 months old; and 1 brown colt 18 months old, no brands; 1 brown colt 18 months old branded on left thigh. Terms: twenty-five per cent of price at time of sale, balance when sale is confirmed by Court. Written bids will be received by the undersigned at Gunnison, Utah, to date of sale.
