Show CENTERFIELD. July 27. The 24th of July celobra tlon here was thoroughly enjoyed. The program of exercises were all fine, but the outside amusement set! for the afternoon were stopped on account of rain. The children's dance was prolonged accordingly. Mrs. Oscar Olson, formerly MIsb Millie Bardsley of this place but now of Salt Lake is reported to be at the hospital recovering from an operation opera-tion for appendicitis. Two of hor little daughters, Wauda and Virginia are here in Centerfield with their grandmother Mrs. Joseph Bardsley. The prolonged spell of dry weather has been broken and showers given instead since the 24th. Crops ara now looking tine and unless there Is something unforeseen happens, alfalfa alfal-fa seed promises to give a good yield- |
