To Whom It May Concern: Notice i-i hereby given that the State of Ut..h !.;.s filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said state, under Section 6 of the Act of Congress, approved ap-proved July 16, 1894, as Indemnity School I :.nds. viz: Serial 024513, SEJNEj, NEiSE.j, Section 17, T. 18 S., R. 2 V., Sj;lt 1 nU Meridian. Copies of siiid lists, so far as they relate re-late to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, subdi-visions, have been conspicuously posted in this office for inspection by any person per-son interested and by the public generally. gen-erally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter, and before final approval and certification, under departmental regulations of April 2.r, 1907, protests or contests atrainst the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the same is more valuable for mineral than for acrricultural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure Fail-ure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient suffi-cient evidence of the non-mineral character char-acter of the tracts and the selections thereof, being otherwise free from objection, ob-jection, will lie approved to the State.
