OCR Text	Show TO DRIVE OUT DEVIL. Reasons Advanced by Mother for Cremation Cre-mation of Body of Her Son. Boulder, Colo. Believing that her son's suicide is a confession of guilt, also that the devil directed him in his alleged practices and that his Satanic majesty is still In possession of the body, Mrs. Paul Meyer, wife of a State School of Mines professor, has ordered the remains of her boy sent to Denver for cremation, "in order to drive out the evil spirits." James B. Kemble, Mrs. Meyer's son, was arrested ar-rested on a warrant sworn to by W. W. Hughes, secretary of the boys' department de-partment of the local Y. M. C. A. Just, as the officer reached the jail with Kemble, the latter sent a bullet into his own brain, dying five minutes min-utes later.
