OCR Text	Show GOOD PROPERTY. Salt Lake Capitalists Want to Buy Our Water System Already. Councilman John T. Rich was in Salt Lake City the other day. He casually engaged in conversation with two prominent moneyed men of thatplace in relation to our system of water works. In all earnestness they there declarod that they would be only too willing to take our system sys-tem off the hands of the city by giving therefor the capital invested and a premium of fifteen per cent, to boot. By that deal the city could clear $3,600 cash on their investment. This is only another proof, coming as it does from shrewd business men, that our water system will be no white elephant ele-phant ou the hands of the city.
