MAKING READY FOR MARCH 4. Making Preparations for Inauguration of President Taft. Washington. Active, preparations have begun for the inauguration ot President Taft. Committees are at work for the big parade, for fireworks fire-works on the night of March 4th, for the brilliant inaugural ball to be held In the pension office, and for every other feature of the big event. Renewing Re-newing stands are springing up along the line of parade, from the capitol to the White House. Windows in I stores and houses and hotels along Pennsylvania avenue are on the market mar-ket for the day; seats on the stands are already on sale, long in advance of the completion of the stands themselves; them-selves; souvenirs of all kinds are finding their way into the stores, and the town is generally! "getting busy," i as it does only once in four years.
