Show Woman Eminent as Biologist. Mabel Bishop, who has been appointed ap-pointed instructor in biological science in the Women's college of Baltimore, affords a striking example of the fitness fit-ness of women for higher education. She received the degree of bachelor of arts in Wellesley and the master of arts degree in Smith. She was assistant assist-ant for two years in the department of pathology in Cornell university-medical university-medical school; she taught zoology for two years in Smith college, and she will go to the Women's college after spending a year as instructor in cytology and embryology in the biological bio-logical laboratory.
