Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors held on December 13, 1909, an assessment assess-ment of one and one-half (lc) cents per share was levied on the outstanding outstand-ing capital stock of the corporation, payable immediately to Ray S. Bowman, Bow-man, Secretary, at ithe office of the company, 414 Judge Building, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid un-paid on January j.9. 1910, will be delinquent de-linquent and advertised for sale at I public auction, and unless payment is made before, will be sold on February 9, 1910, to pay the delinquent assessment, assess-ment, together with the costs of advertising ad-vertising and expense of sale.
