Be It ordained bv the City Council of Salt Lako City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property prop-erty in Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 60; 1. 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 61: 1 and 8, Block 59, Plat "C"; 1 and 2, Block "jy; l and 2. Seventh Partial Estimate. AN ORDINANCE. An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 303 of the Revised Ordinances Ordin-ances of Salt Lake City of 1903, relating relat-ing to Humane Officer. Be it ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 303 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, relating to Humane Officer, be, nnd the same is hereby amended and re-enacted re-enacted so as to read as follows: SECTION 303. The Mayor by and with tho advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint for tho period as provided by law, a competent person as Humane Officer for Salt Lako City, Utah, at a salary of $1200.00 per annum, an-num, payable monthly as are the salaries sal-aries of other city officers. SECTION 2. All ordinances and reso lutions or parts of ordinances and reso- lutions in conflict herewith aro hereby ! repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3.
