Show If the efforts of the Ad club of Salt Lake are successful, the grafters who every month or two float into town, clean up a few hundred or two or three thousand dollars, as the case may be, and continue on their way, leaving behind a bunch of unpaid bills and sore advertisers, will find this city an unprofitable field. At a meeting early in the week, which was attended at-tended by a number of representative business men, the methods of the advertising grafters were thoroughly exposed and a few of their pet schemes explained in detail. Salt Lake is constantly con-stantly over-run with these faidrs and they take a toll out of the city annually of twenty-five thousand thou-sand dollars or more. |
