The appropriation of C. M. Dull, made April 26th, 1897, and recorded in the records of said Salt Lake County, State of Utah, on May 4th, 1897, in book "B" of Water Claims, at pages 68 and 69, respectively. "".' Also all rights of way for flowage of water through canals and other conduits, including a perpetual right of way In the canal of the Utah & Salt Lake Canal Company, to flow all necessary water from the Jordan river to the power creating creat-ing plant aforesaid, and all rights of way for power transmission and telephone lines now acquired. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging to the property hereby conveyed, or in any wise thereunto appertaining, and the reversions, remainders, re-mainders, tolls, Incomes, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all th6 estate, right, title, interest, in-terest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as equity, of the party of thfe first part of, In and to the same, and any and every part thereof with the appurtenances. Also together with all the rights privileges and franchises, corporate, public or municipal of said Power Company appertaining thereto arid including in-cluding all acquired property, rights, privileges and franchises.
