Show THE ROBINS. A flock of some fifty robins are bringing cheer to the northeastern portion of the city. They come in the morning, hold a convention, pass resolutions, resolu-tions, and a few of them essay to sing "In the Good Old Summer Time," but they do not make a -great success at that: the notes freeze in their throats and with every attempt their red breasts-become breasts-become ruffled as though trying to articulate "What's the use?" The neighbors up that way feed them on dainties dain-ties and do their utmost to make them understand: how welcome they are and how anxious the people peo-ple are that they make themselves at home. |
