PUBLIC NOTICE Public Hearing Scheduled for Updating Garfield County General Plan The Garfield County Commission has announced plans to update the transportation transporta-tion section of the Garfield County General Plan. From time to time the Garfield County Commission has updated information on its road network traversing public and private lands in the County. Based on this updated information, informa-tion, the Commission proposes to revise the transportation section sec-tion of the Garfield County General Plan and publish a cur-. rent map showing all County roads. The map will also be added to the transportation section sec-tion of the Garfield County General Plan. This proposed updated map is an integral part "of the General Plan andls available avail-able for inspection at the County Engineer, s Office, 55 South Main, Panguitch, Utah 84759. In addition the County has recently adopted an Off Highway Vehicle Ordinance that regulates OHV use on designated designat-ed County routes. The Commission is receiving public comment on the proposed updated transportation map until 11:00 a.m., Monday November 22, 2004, at which time a public hearing will be held to consider updating the County, s General Plan to include changes in the transportation network, adopting adopt-ing the proposed transportation system map as part of the transportation trans-portation section of the Garfield County General Plan, and adding the OHV Ordinance to the transportation section of the Garfield County General Plan. The public hearing is scheduled as part of a regularly scheduled commission meeting and will be held in the County Court House Commission Chambers, 55 South Main, Panguitch, Utah 84759.
