On the way to Provo they lost a wheel off their truck . just as they pulled up at the stoplight stop-light in Salina. Shawn and Tera Ridenour and children McKayla and Zachary came to visit Matt and Cathy Fletcher. Tara and Cathy .'did scrapbooking on Saturday while Shawn and Matt enjoyed babysitting Ryan, McKayla and Zachary who had a good time playing together. Recently A.C. and Rita Hammer spent a couple of days in Tucson, Ariz. Rita found she was to late to see the cacti bloom but said they were lovely anyway. They visited the University of Arizona campus and saw some fascinating architecture. archi-tecture. Nick Reynolds came from Panguitch and took his mother Bea Reynolds back to attend conference held in the Panguitch LDS Stake on Apr. 14. Al and Karen Sivils of Hurricane spent the weekend visiting Karen's sisters Bea Reynolds and Evelyn Heaton. On Saturday they went to Cedar City for shopping. The home of Darreld and Mary Lou Nielson was the scene of a surprise party and dinner to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of Desmond and Gretha Twitchell. Thirty family members came and the guests of honor were presented with a lovely silver plaque. Larry and Glenna Fletcher went to Salt Lake City Sunday and took their little granddaughter, granddaugh-ter, Pamela Gajordo to see her other grandparents. Larry also kept a medical appointment where he received an encouraging encourag-ing report. Lee and Joan Barney and their five sons of Salt Lake City spent the weekend here with parents Jim and Erma Clarke and they all went to LDS conference con-ference on Sunday. |
