Show Hospital And Care Center Volunteers Are Honored HATCH Volunteers at Garfield Memorial Hospital were honored Apr. 24 during the celebration of National Volunteer Volun-teer Week, Apr. 21-27. They were recognized for their efforts at a special luncheon lunch-eon at Cafe Adobe where they enjoyed the hospitality of owners own-ers Homer and Marilyn Dutton. The event gave volunteers as well as hospital personnel some time to "rub shoulders" and enjoy one another outside the hospital setting and for the volunteers vol-unteers to receivd appreciation for their many hours of selfless service. The Volunteer Program is very important to those who are the "recipients" at the hospital and long term care facility. These volunteers touch the lives of others and give countless hours of time, love, attention and service. Everyone at Garfield Memorial Hospital, patients and staffers, saluted the volunteers and acknowledged they were owed a big debt of gratitude for their selfless efforts..
