Beth Gleave is out of the hospital hos-pital and staying with her daughter daugh-ter Ruth Schear in Circleville. Veldon Mitchell is building a log house across the river from his mother in Kingston Canyon. Calvin and Barbara Gleave had their friends the Joe Harrises of Howell here and also had Barbara's mother Zella Griffith visiting. They all attended the wedding in Richfield for the great-grandson of Marcus Gleave, son of the Roger Gleaveses. Several others from Antimony were in Richfield to attend the Marcus Gleave wedding. wed-ding. Marcia Tobiasson's two sons Chase and Chantry Brindley were both in the wedding wed-ding line. Bill Wiley and the Van Wileys, George and Bernice Jolley, Marcia Tobiasson and Travis Blood, Layne Blood and others attended the wedding and the luncheon. The reception was held in the evening. Lisa Burr Nelson of Sandy spent some time here visiting with her parents the Ned Burrs. Her husband Ray Nelson was in St. George playing golf. Lisa had undergone surgery on her foot and needed to keep off it. Maggie and Bill Boswell were sustained in the LDS church meeting as teachers for the Webelo class for the youth. Eileen Taylor was sustained as the new camp director for the Young Women's group in the LDS ward. Speakers were Gary and Beverly Hansen. The local LDS Relief Society officers took some women to Circleville on Wednesday evening for the Panguitch LDS Stake Relief Society Enrichment night. Jerry and Janene Savage and family were in Cedar City on Sunday, to hear Doug Riddle talk before leaving for his mission. mis-sion. He is the son of Kenneth and Kathy Riddle and will be serving his mission in Mexico. Mr. and Mrs. Shane Luck of Alton were here on business. He is getting things lined up for a program to train people on computers com-puters in their new community building. Paul Cobb has been coming and going from Las Vegas, bringing part of his stuff. He will be moving here as soon as ' his house is finished. He also has a trailer here and a large storage container. Jane and Bill Wiley attended the funeral for her aunt Ruth Utley Dunn on Feb. 24 in Richfield. |
