Show RECAPPING 1999 Continued MAY Ranchers Fight Back Escalante and Boulder area ranchers who claimed their rights had been illegally impacted by Interior Secretary Bruce Babbitt's mandated reinventory of Wilderness Study Areas were fighting back. Members of People For the USA were challenging the BLM's Wilderness Study Area Reinventory began conducting their own reinventory.
