Show Antimony News By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Sunday at LDS Sacrament meeting the new baby boy of Travis and Monique Blood was blessed and named Kaden Travis Blood by his father. Some of the many visitors here for the special occasion were great-grandmother Raeola Howes and her mother, great-great grandmother Christie Freestone of Junction; Terry and Desiree Nelson, Stacy and Neiko Mickelson, Shalon, Brantan, Tristan and Keisha Nelson of Richfield. Michelle Blood and three girl friends came from BYU. Also here for Sacrament meeting were the Scott Zingelmans of Enoch, the Kerry Bloods of Gunnison, the Bryon Bloods of Richfield and Glenna Kennedy of Marysvale. Phil Allen and Shannon Allen won the Champion Polled Bull Award at the Nevada Bull Sale. Afton and Carol Blood and Ilene and Monique Blood and baby were in Salt Lake City on Tuesday to see Bryce Blood, son of the Kerry Bloods. He has been at the LDS Missionary Training Center for language study for the past two months. The new LDS bishopric has been reorganizing some of the offices in our Ward. Lynn Kendall and Monique Blood are new teachers in the Primary. The new Sunday School Presidency will be George Jolley and Eugene King with Verlene Gleave and Koami DeLange as Sunday school teachers for 14-15-year-olds; Layne Blood as teacher for 13-14-year-olds. The new Relief Society President is Barbara Gleave with Bernice Jolley and Holly Westwood as her counselors, with Athalia Jensen as secretary. The Young Men's Organization includes Travis Blood, Gary Hansen and Tim Westwood. The new Primary presidency is Julie Allen with Mary Jean Willis and Chris Kendall as her counselors. Kent Willis was advanced in the LDS Priesthood to the office of a Priest. Brady King was baptized in the Circleville Church. Toby Cabiason flew back to Albuquerque where he works for the Bureau of Indian Affairs but will be back for Thanksgiving. George Manson of Santa Clara has been here with his trailer for the hunt and to visit for a few days with the Bill Wileys. Kendall Jensen has been here for two days helping Bill Wiley with his electrical work on his new house. It has been reported that someone broke into the old Utahna Gottfresdon house while her son Doug and family were gone. Several old items were taken. Eugene and Valeria King were up north getting material for their new addition on their house. Gary and Beverly Hansen are both having some health problems. We hope they will soon be feeling better. |
