Show Centennial Ball Set For Next Week PANGUITCH Centennial Ball committee members continue to prepare for the county's biggest event in many years that is coming up fast. Friday night, Mar. 29, is expected to be one of the most significant county-wide activities in Utah's 100 years of statehood which the ball will commemorate. Music will be provided by the Kanab Centennial Ball Band. The program, set for 9 p.m., will feature a new poem by Roque Willard titled "Quilt Walk." Also featured will be doggers, a variety of musical numbers, and a drawing for a quilt. Refreshments will be served. The ball will begin at 9 p.m. at the Panguitch Social Hall. Period dress is suggested but is not mandatory. |
