As A Result Of The Proposed Increase, The Tax On A $57,000.00 Residence Will Be $12.54, And The Tax On A Business Having The Same Value As The Average Value Of A Residence In The Taxing Entity Will Be $22.80. Without The Proposed Increase The Tax On A $57,000 Residence Would Be $10.13, And The Tax On A Business Having The Same Value As The Average Value Of A Residence In The Taxing Entity Would Be $18.41. The Central Utah Water Conservancy District Is Proposing To Increase Its Property Tax Revenue From $42,026 Collected Last Year To $50,524 Proposed This Year, An Increase Of 20.0. Total Tax Revenue From All Property Within The Taxing Entity for 1996 Was $14,344,404. The Anticipated Total Tax Collections For 1997 Will Be Approximately $18,139,527, An Increase Of 26.5. The 1997 Proposed Tax Rate Is .0004. Without The Proposed Increase The Rate Would Be 0.000323.
