Show Hemieville News By Sarah Rose 679-8777 Gary and Sandy Johnson and their family made a trip to Salt Lake City to attend the missionary farewell of Sandy's nephew, Aaron Lifferth. He will serve in Massachusettes. The Johnsons also enjoyed a visit from Andy and Tanna Mosalsky and their son, Bradley. Tanna is Sandy's youngest sister, out of 13 children. They live in Lake Stevens, Wash. Ken Goulding spent some time at Garfield Memorial Hospital before be-fore being transported to the hospital hospi-tal in Provo. We wish him the best in his recovery. The Ken Piatt family attended a family reunion in the St. George area. They were also able to spend three days camping and visiting with family and friends. Delpha Rose received word that her grandson, Jared Rose, has earned the opportunity to compete in the Pan Am games to be held in California. Jared is a son of Galen and Regina Rose of The Dalles, Ore. The LDS young women enjoyed spending time at Tropic Reservoir attending the annual girls camp. The theme of the camp was "Indian Maidens." The girls were able to sleep in authentic tepees provided by Duztin Sorenson. Thanks to all who helped make it a successful event with special thanks to the leaders who took the girls Sandy Johnson, Collette Matthews, Jeanne Chynoweth and Cindy Callahan. Delpha Rose enjoyed a week-long week-long visit from her granddaughters, Kacey and Katelyn Chidester of Richfield. They are the daughters of Dan and Millie Chidester. Thorley Johnson enjoyed a visit from his cousin, Henderson Johnson of Panguitch. |
