Show Antimony News I By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Arielle Boole is spending two weeks here from Las Vegas with her grandmother, Marian VonKae-nel. VonKae-nel. Tony and DeeAnn Martinez and family of Grantsville visited with Bob and Ann Martinez a few j days. Ken and Valeene Roberts re- j ceived a letter from Riley, who has arrived in Africa on his LDS ; mission. They have been anxiously anx-iously looking for the letter so that they would know he had arrived ar-rived safely. Justin Jensen, grandson of Hal and Athalia Jensen, arrived home from his LDS mission this week, just in time for his cousin, Nate Gould's wedding on Friday at the Provo LDS Temple. It has been a very busy week for the grandpar- ! ents and parents, the Kendal Jen- ! sens. Darlene Durbiri and Verlene Gleave have been busy the past while, first traveling to Cedar City for the Shakespearean festival festi-val and then traveling to Monroe to watch the doggers. Jack and Darlene Durbin have their daughter, Marsha Durbin here From Pensacola, Fla. visiting visit-ing and Darlene says they are going fishing! The Harry Wheelers are here after Harry spent some time with an eye doctor. He has to return for an appointment in a few days and then they plan to spend the rest of the summer here. Hal and Athalia Jensen and Verlene Gleave said they really enjoyed the day they spent in Cannonville for the big Bear Festival. Fes-tival. Our rainstorm on Tuesday evening turned into a cloudburst and more lightning and thunder than we have had in several years. We were surprised that there wasn't much damage from it, but the electricity was out on the TV hill and at the Otter Creek marina. Chantry Brindley and Jared Gleave traveled to Cedar City for the long weekend celebration. He took the two bikes so they could ride with his three brothers, Ladd, Chace and Dustin Brindley. Chace Brindley is working for Marcus Blood in Cedar City for the summer and will come home to attend Sevier Valley Tech in the fall. Chantell Brindley was here for a dental appointment with Dr. Bob Wilson on Wednesday afternoon. |
